We have developed a program specifically designed for work related injury rehabilitation and prevention called Work Tracks. It's purpose is to maximize functionality and return the patient back to work as soon as possible, reduce the frequency and severity of injuries and reduce the employer's cost for workers' compensation and lost time.

Our program provides the following:

• A focus on expediting return-to-work and case closure.
• One point contact for case managers and employers to schedule appointments or follow up on cases at any of our clinics through our Rapid Referral Call Center.
• Timely admission to our clinics.
• Regular communication with referral sources and internal case management assistance on case progress and compliance.
• Experienced therapists with specialized training and appropriate credentials for the treatment of injured workers and work conditioning.
• An internal review system to assure that treatment progresses toward patient goal attainment and case closure.
• Comprehensive testing services such as Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCE's) and Post-offer job testing (POET's). We utilize state-of-the-art computerized evaluation and testing equipment (BTE) to provide valid and reliable test results.
