- You may contact any of our CORA clinics directly - just click on Clinic Locations
for the clinic nearest you.
- You may contact us toll free through our Rapid Referral Call Center at 866-443-CORA. This service provides you with:
- Appointment scheduling to any CORA clinic
- Timely communication regarding progress
- Immediate notification of no-shows and cancellations
- Appointment confirmations
- We have also made the referral process web-enabled. The Rapid Referral Online system seen above allows referrals to
be submitted "electronically" over our secure server.
